1. Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
- Items purchased during clearance or final sales.
- Customized or personalized clothing.
- Products returned without original packaging or labels.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or wash.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@styllora.fashion with your Order ID and reason for the refund.
- Attach clear pictures of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review the request and notify you of the next steps within 48 hours.
4. Refund Method
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In case of COD orders, refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
